Carolyn Mah-Kabaroff,
She is experienced in both commencing and defending a variety of claims, including matters relating to construction disputes, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, professional negligence, and personal injury. Carolyn has frequently appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen’s Bench. She has also successfully advocated for clients at mediations and judicial dispute resolutions. Carolyn has an interest in eDiscovery and is experienced in applying eDiscovery tools to facilitate large litigation.
Community Involvement
Carolyn is a sessional instructor at MacEwan University, teaching business law. She is also a board member of the Young Leaders.World Advisory Board, a committee member of the ACTLA Women’s Legal Forum, and is a founder of YEGpeople, a digital platform showcasing fellow Edmontonians with inspiring stories. She also actively mentors University of Alberta law students in their advocacy skills and career advancement.
