Francine focuses largely on wills and estates planning, and civil litigation. She also has experience in insolvency and restructuring. Francine is committed to her clients and achieving the best results for them. Her style of practice mixes tradition with creativity and common sense. She has advised clients of all ages and backgrounds in succession planning. She has appeared frequently as counsel in the Provincial Court and Court of Queens’ Bench on Civil Litigation and Commercial matters and has provided numerous legal opinions and briefs on a wide variety of topics.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Francine was an elementary school teacher. She is a past director of the Association des juristes d’expressions française. She is also fluent in French and English. In her free time, Francine enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors; hiking, biking, camping and fishing.
